How to Create an Organization Account on Culturalyst
Creating an organization account on Culturalyst is the first step toward showcasing your work, promoting your events, and connecting with your local cultural community. Follow this simple guide to set up your account quickly and start benefiting from the platform.

Step 1: Visit the Sign-Up Page
Navigate to the Culturalyst website.
Click the Sign Up button located at the top-right corner of the homepage.
Step 2: Fill Out the Sign-Up Form, Step by Step
Below is the list of required fields:
Email Address & Password* (Ensure it meets the platformâs security requirements.)
Handle/Username* (Choose a unique username for your organization.)
Account Type* (Select Organization as your account type.)
Additional fields to consider:
Website or Social Media Link: You can provide a link to your organizationâs existing website or social media page.
Zip Code: Some cities may require entering a zip code. If prompted, ensure you provide the correct zip code for your location.
Once youâve filled out the form, click the Create Account button.
Step 3: Complete Your Profile
After creating your account, log in and complete your organization profile:
Once signed up, you'll be automatically taken to the Edit Profile section.
Update your profile photo and cover photo to personalize your page.
Below is the list of fields youâll need to fill out. Some are required to publish your profile:
Location*: Enter your organizationâs primary address or operational region.
Services or Programs*: Describe the services, programs, or events your organization offers.
Tags: Add tags that describe your focus areas, such as "arts education," "community outreach," or "performance venue."
Links: Connect your profile to your website, ticketing platform, or donation page.
Contact Information*: Provide an email or phone number for inquiries.
Events: List or upload upcoming events your organization is hosting. (Optional but recommended.)
Click Save in the bottom-right corner of your account to update your profile.
Step 4: Publish
When youâve filled out the required information you're ready to publish!
If you have questions about what fields are missing or why your Publish button is not illuminated, click the ? icon next to the button to see a list of fields that are missing.
Additional Tips
Some cities on Culturalyst may require entering a zip code during sign-up. If prompted, ensure that you provide the correct zip code for your location.
If you forget your password, you can reset it using the Forgot Password link on the login page.
